From the ‘Presentosa’ master bedroom you can access the large terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding landscape while having breakfast or simply looking out to admire the valley, the gullies, the olive groves, the village and the Abbey of San Liberatore in Majella

On the ground floor there is a spacious study with a corner desk where you can read, write or draw whilst enjoying the magical view of the town and the abbey of San Liberatore a Majella

The kitchen is large and welcoming, easily accommodating all the house guests. It connects to the living room, with which, if necessary, it can form a single room and directly overlooks the large outdoor veranda and gardens

The living room is perhaps the most evocative room in the house. Housed in the former stable, it has exposed stone walls and a fireplace. It connects to the kitchen, with which, if necessary, it can form a single room and directly overlooks the large outdoor veranda and gardens

Leaving the kitchen or living room you will find a large shaded veranda on which to eat or relax at any time of the day

Next to the house a well maintained lawned garden awaits you for moments of rest and play
Olive grove
For a deeper connection with nature and a moment of perfect tranquility, you can immerse yourself in our olive grove, that gently descends towards the coast

The House
Casa Majella has two floors: on the ground floor entrance, hall, living room with an open fireplace, study room with bathroom, veranda with access to the garden; on the first floor two double bedrooms ‘Presentosa’ with a terrace and ‘Cuore d’Abruzzo’ as well as a bathroom
